Domestic/Worldwide Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive within the US. Please allow 12-15 days for worldwide orders to arrive. The following timeframe includes processing and transit. Business days are Monday-Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Due to Covid-19, delivery dates are not guaranteed. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Keep in mind the suspensions of service to Covid-19 impacted areas. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

If you have not received your order and it is past the estimated arrival date, please send us a message here, so we can take care of this for you!

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All prices on our site are in US dollars. Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rates.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

JustLuvBooks ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and 

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

JustLuvBooks is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.

Damages

JustLuvBooks is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
